  • Sous Chef - Works directly with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include supervising line cooks, managing prep and inventory, maintaining food quality and consistency, enforcing sanitation standards, and helping develop menus and specials. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

  • Line Cook - Prepares and executes menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. Maintains a clean and organized station, follows recipes and plating standards, and works closely with the team during high-volume service.

  • Utility - Supports overall operations through dishwashing, cleaning, trash removal, and maintaining kitchen organization. Plays a vital role in keeping the restaurant safe, clean, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Server - Provides attentive, knowledgeable service to guests from start to finish. Responsible for guiding guests through the menu, accurately entering orders, maintaining section organization, and creating a welcoming, positive dining experience.

  • Runner - Ensures food is delivered quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. Acts as a key link between front and back of house, assists with table maintenance, helps maintain service flow during busy shifts, and is responsible for polishing and stocking silverware to keep service running smoothly.

  • Host - Manages the guest experience at the door, including greeting, seating, waitlist management, and phone communication. Sets the tone for hospitality while keeping the dining room organized and running efficiently.

  • Bartender - Prepares cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and speed while providing engaging bar service. Maintains bar cleanliness, manages inventory and bar prep, and contributes to an energetic, guest-focused atmosphere.
